Okay, what a pity! I’m looking for something similar to the MediaGate MG-M2TVD, but with 5.1 surround sound.
And not too expensive if possible. So I’ll be googling for a while ;) Thanks anyway, I appreciate your help :)

Kind of a late comment, but I have a question about the MediaGate MG-M2TVD.
I know it supports DTS, but I can’t find whether or not it has 5.1 support.

With all the money you save getting movies here, I would have to agree.
I own a Mediagate M2TVD and it plays 99.9% of what I throw at it…

I recommend saving time, space and energy by purchasing something that can play MKV files, as all of the torrents here are MKV files.

Hehe. I can understand you don’t have such a machine ;). And no. MKV is not supported on either device. So you have to change the container for it to work. Example .MPG or .M2TS. If you do so you will lose subtitle and DTS suppor...

Thanks for the answer.. It would make it alot easier for those with PS3 or XBOX360 or something like that just to make a AVCHD file and throw in the machine ;). But how much bigger would they be? I have found some real resolution movie...

If you leave the black bars there, the file will be bigger. That’s not necessary, the quality won’t be better with the black bars left there. Furthermore, your mediaplayer/tv will automatically add black bars whenever there...
